To Search:
1. Enter a Last Name and optionally, a First name; partial names are accepted.
2. Click the “Search” button.
3. A list of applicants with those “Name” parameters will be displayed.
4. Click the “Last Name” to display a list of document images related to that applicant.
5. Click the image files (.pdf) to view them ( "Adobe Reader" is required).
